Educational Presentation for Policing Students

South Essex College Students First to be Presented with Educational Traffic Presentation

South Essex College Policing students were introduced to a pilot traffic education presentation which is to be rolled out by Essex Police to educational facilities in Essex.

Chigwell Traffic operators spoke with the students and presented their information in order to gain a no-nonsense appraisal of the presentation.

Students were asked to rate and provide feedback of the presentation from the prospective of younger people.  Essex Police are aiming to achieve a zero-result in relation to unnecessary deaths that occur every day on roads in the UK.

Traffic Officer, Karl said: “If we are able to impact the young people today then we can influence the future because these people are the future.”

This collaboration with Essex Police is just one of the many ways South Essex College is providing the interaction needed for students wanting to become police officers and prepare them for what their future career having completed the Policing Course.
