Having trouble accessing our Parent Portal service?

Check our status page for any known issues or scheduled maintenance. If you experience an issue, please send an email to the IT Helpdesk.

Parent Access for Learners Aged 18+

If a parent wishes to access the Parent Portal for a learner who is aged 18 or over, the learner must send an email from their student account to the IT helpline. The email should include:

• The parent’s full name
• The parent’s email address

The subject line of the email must be: "Parent Portal Access Permission". This will enable us to provide access upon request by the parent.
