This is a large, versatile space suitable for theatre, film, TV, music videos, commercials, live music, rehearsals, conferences, meetings, training, circus, performer flying, events, dance, product launches, product testing, demonstrations, mass movement, art, performance art, concerts and much more. The recording studio
Arts
This is a state-of-the-art, acoustically excellent recording studio with a sound-proof window through to the band rehearsal room. The studio offers 48 Channels simultaneous recording through to Pro Tools 11 HD running on a 12 core Mac. There is a selection of outboard and onboard plugins. A digital hear-back system gives musicians more control of their monitoring.
The dance studio
Arts
The dance studio has an inspirational view out to the Queen Elizabeth II Bridge. It features a sprung floor, mirrors along one wall, ballet barre, blackout curtains, pipe grid, three phase power, wool serge to create black box and a proscenium arch.
The green room
Business
The green room features convenient catering facilities and three comfortable areas suitable for meetings, presentations and formal or informal events. Other uses could include exhibitions, art shows and receptions.
Medium meeting room
Business
Flexible meeting room with natural light and blackout facility suitable as a breakout space, board room, presentation room, group training space or as an office.
