Overview
This course is a two-year, full-time programme and is an in-depth study of the health and social care sector. The course includes theory sessions and will include a placement. It is particularly suitable if you are interested in a career in nursing, midwifery, community care, occupational therapy and other related course such as social work and public health.
Entry Requirements
- Four GCSEs at grade 4/grade C including maths and English, or
- Health and Social Care Level 2 Extended Certificate (distinction grade) plus maths and English at grade 4/grade C, or equivalent
- You will also require an enhanced DBS disclosure
- Successful attendance at interview event

Important
Aged 18 as of 31st August 2022 and applying for Level 3 Extended Diploma?
Your application and enrolment will be for the one year Level 3 Diploma. If you wish to complete the full Extended Diploma you will need to apply for an (Advanced Learner Loan) to cover the tuition fees after successfully completing the Diploma.
