Overview
This programme can be attended from anywhere allowing learners to balance work and study. It provides the flexibility to study at your pace and be supported by a qualified tutor at the same time.
The Diploma in Management & Leadership is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Management and involves learners studying part-time College activities and work-based projects. The qualification is suitable for those who are or wish to become team leaders or supervisors in the work place. It is a great start for those at the beginning of their leadership career or for existing managers wishing to further develop and accredit their knowledge.

Entry Requirements
- Grade 4 GCSE/A-C or level 2 equivalent in maths and English
- Hold Suitable job role with some management responsibility

Assessment is based on work based assignments provided by the College per unit delivered
Live Online
We have partnered with Mindful Education to deliver this course through our flexible Live Online model.
Live Online, you will study award-winning video lessons, which are available on demand, and can be viewed from your phone, tablet or computer – meaning you can choose how, when and where you want to study.
Lessons last for around 45-60 minutes and are accompanied by animations and motion graphics to bring concepts to life. Practice questions, downloadable lesson materials and interactive case studies help to enhance the learning experience further and learners should expect to spend around 3-4 hours studying independently online each week.
