Skills Bootcamp in Construction

Looking to start a career in construction? Our 5-week, hands-on Construction Skills Bootcamp is designed to give you the essential skills and industry accreditation you need to step straight into work.

You’ll train in plastering, tiling, painting & decorating, and carpentry, while also gaining vital Health & Safety knowledge and your CSCS card - a must-have for working on construction sites.

The course is fully funded for unemployed adults aged 19+, with employer contributions available for those already in work. Taught part-time over 3 days a week at our Thurrock centre, this practical programme is the perfect route into construction roles across multiple trades.
