Results day 2019 - Max Challis-Wagstaff

Max wanted to study so that he can make a difference to the world. He studied Film, Media and Sociology A-Levels and his great results have allowed him to gain a place a Brighton University to study Politics, Philosophy and Ethics.

Max thoroughly enjoyed his time at the college and he thrived in the inclusive nature of the environment.

He explained: “Being gay wasn’t easy at school, but at South Essex College there is great feeling of being able to be yourself. I have made lots of friends and my tutors have been great. I would recommend studying here and feel ready to progress.”
