If you are returning to your studies after an authorised period of intercalation/Time-out, you will be contacted by the college to go through the online enrolment process and invited to the college campus to complete your enrolment.

We hope you're as excited as we are about your return.

Before you can continue your studies, you need to enrol.

Step 1: Online Re-Enrolment

Online re-enrolment opens from the day the results are officially published.

We recommend you keep a close eye on your UCSE email account as that's where we send your enrolment information.

Online re-enrolment will allow you to update your personal information where needed.

You will (where applicable):

  • confirm we have the correct personal details
  • check your course information
  • provide confirmation of your funding arrangements
  • agree to our enrolment terms and conditions

We'll send you an email once enrolment opens with instructions on what to do next, including how to access online re-enrolment.

Once you've submitted your online registration, we'll check your information to make sure we have everything we asked for.

We aim to make all of our checks within 14 working days, but it may take a little longer during busier times. Please be patient. We will contact you as soon as we can.

A how to guide is available on the HE Online Services page on the college website.

We hope you're as excited as we are for the start of your course. We're looking forward to you joining us.

Before you can start your studies, you need to enrol.

Step 1: Online Enrolment registration
Step 2: Campus Enrolment

Before you begin enrolment: Set-up your UCSE email account

Before you can start your steps to enrol, you'll first need to have set-up your USCE email account.

Once you have accepted your offer to study with us and it's less than or equal to 5 weeks before the start date of your course, you'll receive an email from us asking you to set up and start using your UCSE email account. An authentication email will be sent to the email address provided on your UCAS application form.

Please log in to your email and change your password straight away, as you won't be able to start your enrolment steps until your UCSE email account is working.

This email account will be active and will be used to communicate with you throughout your study period with UCSE.

If you think you haven't received an email about setting up your UCSE email account please contact the HE Admissions Team, or if you have problems logging in, visit our IT Services webpage for help.

Step 1: Online Enrolment

Online registration opens from Tuesday 01 September 2020.

You can complete your enrolment through the HE Online Service Portal.

We recommend you keep a close eye on your UCSE email account as that's where we will send your enrolment information.

Your online Services account is linked to your college email account and your authentication email will be sent to this account.

Online Enrolment is how you provide all the information we need to enrol you.

You will (where applicable):

  • confirm we have the correct personal details
  • check your course information
  • give us an emergency contact
  • provide confirmation of your funding arrangements
  • agree to our enrolment terms and conditions

We'll send you an email once enrolment opens with instructions on what to do next.

A how to guide is available on the HE Online Services page on the college website.

Step 2: Campus Enrolment

Once you've completed your online registration, we'll check your information to make sure we have everything we asked for.

We aim to make all of our checks within 14 working days, but it may take a little longer during busier times. Please be patient. We will contact you as soon as we can.

The final step of enrolment will require you to report to the college campus to verify any outstanding requirements and get your photography taken and your Student ID issued. Enrolment will take place in the week commencing 21st Sep 2020. A time table will be published on the college website once available.

You must be able to provide proof of ID and evidence that you meet ALL academic entry requirements for your chosen programme at enrolment. Failure to do so will delay your enrolment. Please use the following check list to help you prepare:
