Description
In an age where fleets and drivers need to be more compliant than ever the Toolbox talks are an invaluable addition to your organisations management of risk. This course is designed to ensure fleet compliance and driver development.
The Toolbox talk is just one tool in an operator’s arsenal to ensure compliance and should be utilised alongside other risk management methodologies. The Toolbox talks available to you through South Essex College Workforce covering a large range of subjects including (list inclusive not exhaustive)

- The positioning of loads on vehicles and restraining loads

With the Tool Box talk being delivered through an external provider you are better placed as an organisation to seek honest, impartial feedback and increase the authenticity of the training. Toolbox Talks can be developed upon request to combat particular issues faced by your drivers and/or fleets or to cover reoccurring problems. There will be no cost for the production of the talk (number dependant) which of course will be approved by you prior to delivery.

£70 per Toolbox Talk which will include a copy of the Toolbox Talk material and a complete, signed register of attendance for face to face talks or a confirmation correspondence for remote delivery.
