Overview

If you want a career as a chef in the catering industry and have little or no previous knowledge, this course will give you the skills to start on the career ladder and gain an industry standard qualification.

Entry Requirements

  • An Entry 3 qualification or GCSEs x 2 at grade 2/E in MATHS or ENGLISH

  • Successful attendance at transition event
