Celebrating Success 2026: Catering Student of the Year – Tia Reeve

Success in hospitality and catering requires creativity, commitment and a willingness to go the extra mile. Tia Reeve has demonstrated all of these qualities throughout her studies, earning the title of Hospitality & Catering Student of the Year (SCC). As a Level 3 Patisserie and Confectionery student, Tia has consistently shown exceptional dedication to her craft, impressing both staff and fellow learners with her professionalism, enthusiasm and determination to achieve the highest standards.

Congratulations to Tia Reeve, winner of the Hospitality & Catering Student of the Year (SCC) award.

A Level 3 Patisserie and Confectionery student, Tia has shown exceptional commitment throughout the year, achieving an outstanding 98% attendance. She consistently goes above and beyond, working hard to achieve the highest grades, taking part in two national competitions and volunteering to support college events in her own time.

Tia is a valued member of her class, building positive relationships with both staff and fellow students. Her peers regularly seek her advice, reflecting the respect and trust she has earned. Tia's dedication, enthusiasm and willingness to support others make her a truly deserving winner of this award.

Tia said: “I enjoyed everything on course, particularly Sugar craft. I would tell anyone Believe that you can do it and you will achieve it! The competitions really pushed me forwards!” 

Tia's achievements reflect not only her talent and passion for patisserie and confectionery, but also her outstanding work ethic and commitment to personal development. With exceptional attendance, success in national competitions and a willingness to support college events in her own time, she has continually gone above and beyond throughout her studies. Her positive attitude and readiness to help others have made her a valued member of the college community and a fantastic role model for her peers. We are incredibly proud of Tia's accomplishments and her well-deserved recognition as Hospitality & Catering Student of the Year, and we look forward to seeing her continue to thrive in the hospitality industry.
