School Liaison
A warm welcome to our School Liaison and Events webpage. This page has been created with you in mind, an area within our main website dedicated to all things School Liaison.
Meet our highly experienced Events and Partnership Team. This team consists of Lucy Weller (Events and Partnerships Manager), Lucy Ponting (Events Executive), Debra Yarwood (Partnerships Executive), Shannon Bridgeman (School Liaison and Events Officer) and Usma Khan (Events Executive).
Shannon is the lead contact for School Liaison, and some of you may have met her already. Shannon joined the team in May 2023 to help us reach more schools, strengthen our relationship with schools and provide support to learners making those important post 16 choices. Shannon has already visited many schools across South Essex, hosted assemblies, participated in taster days and alongside the Events Team attended careers fairs and parents’ evenings. Having joined us from a teaching background, Shannon’s experience as a lecturer ensures her presentations are interesting, informative, and encouraging.
