25hrs per week; 52 weeks per year Monday – Friday 08:00 – 13:00 This role will provide an efficient postal and courier service within a multi-site College. Excellent communication skills and the ability to carry out manual handling tasks are essential along with the ability to drive and have an organised approach to requests.

We are currently seeking a Funding Administrator for our Southend Campus. Working within Student Services, this post will implement efficient, fair and transparent funding and welfare advisory services and systems. The successful candidate will be heavily involved in maintaining appropriate, high quality funding administration systems for current Further Education, Higher Education and adult learners. Applicants should have an understanding of funding streams available to students to encourage participation and the removing of any financial barriers to education.

We are looking to appoint temporary Enrolment Assistants at each of our Campuses to help with the very busy period of the enrolment of students. The post holders will be working closely with the Information Services and Student Services teams and gain valuable work experience. Training will commence at the beginning of August and subject to successful completion of this, the role will commence from 16th August to 13th September. (To be eligible to apply you must be available to work the whole of this period). Hours will be dependant upon availability and are not guaranteed.
