Interactive sessions, expert talks, and hands-on activities help visitors explore their future
South Essex College recently will welcome prospective students and their families to an exciting open event at the Basildon Town Centre Campus on Thursday 8 May. Visitors will have the chance to explore a wide range of courses—from Animation to Cybersecurity—and take part in hands-on activities such as PC building, 3D sculpting, and stop-motion animation.
The college, which offers over 500 qualifications, aims to ease the transition from school to college with a strong focus on safety, support, and career readiness. “We want every student to feel confident, supported, and inspired,” said Denise Brown, Group CEO.
Information stands, student ambassadors, and expert talks are available throughout the event, with staff on hand to answer questions and assist with applications.
Interested students can still apply online or reach out to admissions@southessex.ac.uk for more information.
