When you enrol onto a course at the college you automatically become a member of the Student Union. However you can become more involved by becoming a Student Union Officer; there are many Student Union Officers roles to get involved with or you can become a ‘Friend of the Union’ which means not being an officer but getting involved in events.

The Student Union is run by students, we are here to help students across FE and HE to put on different events and campaigns but also help students academically with any problems which they may have. We want students to feel that they can approach us to be able to talk to us about any issues or for a chat.

You can spot us in our Student Union purple hoodies.

For information about the Student Union, how you can get involved and how they can help you, visit their website or checkout their Facebook page.
