Management of the College

The academic programmes are managed through a number of Teaching Schools providing a wide range of academic and vocational courses. These schools, although operating within the corporate framework of the College, have considerable delegated authority to make the decisions necessary for successful innovation and quick response to client needs. This breadth of activity is a considerable strength of the College, allowing rapid responses to changes in the environment.

There is a strong corporate management function, providing the capability to tackle the challenges of incorporation with confidence. In addition to the Principal and Chief Executive, there are seven senior postholders who are responsible for the strategic development, operations, resource development, quality assurance, finance and curriculum management functions across the College. Close attention has been given to the role of business support staff in the new structure to enable our ambitious targets for growth and quality to be met.
