Graduation Ceremony is an evening for you to reflect on your dedication and success over the past few years alongside your fellow graduates, family, friends and other people who have supported you throughout your studies. 

If you are due to graduate in July 2013 or have already graduated and chose to postpone your ceremony by a year, you will be invited to attend the evening to celebrate your achievements.

The following timeline outlines when you can expect to receive more information.

Late April 2013 - You will receive a 'Save the Date' letter detailing the date and time of the ceremony. We will ask you to register your email address so that we are able to send you information regarding the event.

July 2013 - From July onwards, as soon as you receive your results qualifying you to graduate, you will be able to register to attend the ceremony, book tickets for your guests and hire your gown.

Friday 30th August - This is the deadline date to let us know that you want to attend the ceremony if you have passed your results and are eligible to attend.

Resit Students

When you receive your resit results you will need to register your attendance for the ceremony by the dates listed below. You are only eligible to attend graduation if you have proof that you have passed your course. If you miss the deadlines below please contact the Events Team to let us know that you would like to attend the Graduation Ceremony the following year.

General Resits

Wednesday 25th September - Once you have received your results you will need to let us know by this date that you would like to attend the ceremony.

AAT Resits

Monday 7th October - Once you have received your results you will need to let us know by this date that you would like to attend the ceremony.  

Extra Information

September onwards - Once you have registered to attend the ceremony you will receive a confirmation letter giving you details of the ceremony.

Tuesday 8th October - Final deadline for ordering gowns. (Please note that you will be able to order your gown on the day of the ceremony at an extra cost)

We will contact you throughout the year to remind you of these deadlines so it is important that you keep your information up-to-date and have the correct home postal address and primary email address listed.
