Ora
is the stylish contemporary brasserie at South Essex College, which trains
tomorrow's catering stars under the watchful eye of industry chefs, while offering
stylish dining and fantastic gourmet cuisine at competitive prices.
Combining comfortable curvy booths and open table settings, this chic, modern restaurant
is a place to dine in sophisticated style. Traditional English favourites or international
theme menus are available on specific nights, while an array of fine wines and spirits
are on offer at great prices to enhance your meal.
Past South Essex College catering students have gone on to work for the likes
of Gordon Ramsay and the Houses of Parliament.
Opening Hours
Ora is open to the public during term-time for lunch or dinner (reservations required)
on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday lunchtime and Wednesday and Thursday evenings. Waiter/waitress
service operates for both lunch and dinner bookings. Ora is open from 12pm for lunches
and dinner is served from 7pm on Wednesday and Thursday.
